From Napkin Sketch...through Design...Enclosure Design

Although our expertise is in the "guts in the box," we have also found that we can put a nice "box around the guts."

But we are not industrial designers. We started using solid modelling (Pro E) to identify clearances, PCB keep-out areas, mechanical interface, and PCB dimensions, which led to customizing off-the-shelf enclosures and eventually to "rolling our own."

We have developed expertise designing injection-molded plastics, toolless plastic, and sheet-metal enclosures. Best of all, we can make these technologies cost-effective for low-volume manufacturing!
